COMPONENTS

PREPARATION
-Leave for 6-8 hours in water, place them in a saucepan with 2 liters of water and let them boil at high temperature with an uncovered pot.
-Remove the white foam that is created and cover the pot, reduce the temperature and let the beans simmer for about 1½ hour.
-Put the beans and liquid in a deep pan and place the pan in the lowest position of the oven.
-When the food starts to boil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and let it cook for another 45 minutes.
